How accurate do I have to be with my meals?
You don't need to be absolutely perfect when selecting or building a meal. So long as you are accurate with portion sizes and items containing to within ⁺∕₋ 5 grams of carbohydrates, this should be fine.

If you can't find a specific food item or meal, try find something similar in carbohydrate content, or request that the food be added by contacting us
